Event planning and support ~ Research, planning and coordinating are my jam. I love taking a big vision and mapping out the execution. My skills include setting up logistics and booking travel before the event to providing logistical and emotional support to the participants and facilitator during the event.
Scheduling & Calendar Coordination ~ My favorite tools here are Google Calendar and Acuity. I love looking at a beautifully color coordinated calendar :)
Community Management ~ Loving up and welcoming new members to your community. Being present in email and Facebook groups to handle any inquiries or concerns that are outside your zone of genius. These are likely technical or administrative in nature.
Screening and Onboarding ~ We come up with a process so that you do not have to field every request for an interview or potential client that comes to your inbox. I do the screening process based off your big YESes and then take them through the onboarding process once we know that they are the right fit.
