I am here to move memory and rethread structure as the timeless organic Earth grid comes online. My body is a vessel for divine expression and divine creation.
My education in energy has been mostly experiential or has come from activated memory.
I grew up dancing competitively with one of the most skilled teachers in the country and then taught under her for several years. Dance has this beautiful duality of technique and heart… this blending of what is physical and what is felt… what is seen and unseen.
This is where my training began. You see the body is a portal; it is the translation from energy to matter, it is the temple space that houses your soul and it is one of your greatest allies in this human journey.
When I think about dance in a technical way I am able to “see” myself directing energy inside and outside of my body.
Some might say that energy and frequency are being shaped. It is art and it is technical. It takes skill and heart to listen to the in between and bring energy into form.
Aside from dance and quantum frequency, I am very entrepreneurial going back as far as 8 years old. I have worked with many businesses in the realm of marketing and operations and am quite skilled at talking to software. I take beautiful visions and bring them to life, create quality client experiences, and craft thriving community spaces.
